De Stijl Technology Network International Company Limited (referred to as "De Stijl", “the Company”, "we", "us" or "our") values privacy of all our users (hereinafter referred to as “Members”, “User”, “Guest” or “you”). This Privacy Policy sets out the Privacy Policy Statement and the Personal Information Collection Statement of De Stijl in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (the “Ordinance”). This Privacy Policy stipulates and governs all obligations, rights and arrangements under which you provide personal information and data to De Stijl, its subsidiaries and any other affiliated companies of De Stijl.

This Privacy Policy shall be read in conjunction with and is deemed incorporated by reference into the Terms of Services/Agreement. If you want to access or use our Services, you need to understand and accept all terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you don"t agree with how we"re applying our terms of Privacy Policy, please stop using our Services immediately. Your continued access or use of our Service shall be automatically deemed as your absolute acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms of Privacy Policy.

Note: For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “Services” shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Terms of Services/Agreement.1. Personal Data

By providing us with your Personal Data or continuing to use, access, communicate or interact with De Stijl, we shall regard that you have absolutely and irrevocably consented to our collection, processing and use of such data including all Personal Data and sensitive information.

2. Collection, Processing and UseWe may from time to time receive, collect, hold, process and use data about you (irrespective of whether such data is Personal Data) when you use and access to our Services, including in the following situations:
  • When you use or access any part of Services (including Websites, Applications, or Games)
  • You register a Member or User account.
  • When you subscribe any Services packages and/or purchase any in-game product, visual goods, vouchers, merchandise and products and services of all types.

  • Activity carried out within our Games application, including install, uninstall, and update event information.
3. Specific UsesWhen you use or have access to any part of the Services, De Stijl will automatically receive, collect, hold and process information using cookies and similar technology, including IP address, device identifiers, browser details, and information about usage of De Stijl and related Internet activities (such as the site you came from, search engine(s) and keywords you used to find De Stijl, the contents and pages you view within De Stijl and view times). With your consent and unless you have later told us not to (opt out), we may also use the information to offer you the tailored content, like giving you more relevant ads and inform you of the game releases that you might be interested in. We will not use your data for any other purpose than the purposes for which the data is originally collected (or their directly related purposes). We will use your data and information for the reasons and in accordance with manner set out in below :
  • To have proper access and/or use the Services. For game account creation and access to play our Games. Personal information will be used in our Services operation and development which provided constantly to deliver our Services as you requested.
  • For connection identification, suggestion, and communication with all other users of Services.

  • To keep our Services fair, investigate and prevent fraud and illegal behavior. Information provided by you will also be used on process solving any dispute, and payment refund approved or guaranteed by our Customer Service.

We may from time to time receive, collect, hold and use data about you from third parties or partners including but without limitation to Tiktok, Wechat, Facebook and Google. We may also receive, collect, hold or process information from third parties (such as game distributors) to add to the information we receive from you which will help us to deliver relevant advertising to you, to prevent fraud and/or abuse, and to collect your geolocation for taxation purposes.

In addition, we may in our sole and absolute discretion process and use data about you if we have one of the following reasons to do so:

  • To fulfill a contract we have with you (for example, when you have made an in-app purchase of games and/or any part of our Services)
  • When it is our legal duty (for example, to identify your age and make sure we are not collecting data from young children, for book keeping purposes, and to fulfill our obligations in relation to authorities);
  • When you give consent to it (when binding a specific game account to a third-party account); or
  • When it is in our legitimate interest to enforce our policies, manage our everyday business, to use in an anonymized and aggregated way in order to perform statistical analysis, for direct marketing purposes, to ensure information security, to prevent fraud or to transfer the data to different part of the organization when necessary.

Other Commercial UseAs part of continuing effort by De Stijl in Services improvement and implementation, all data and information collected through De Stijl may be combined with information obtained through other services. We may use services from other platforms/companies which enable us to derive a general geographic location based on your IP address or other factors in order to customize certain services to your geographic area for the following purposes: -
  • For better understanding of you and your preferences to improve your gaming experience and enjoyment using our Services, including other information we combined from third parties.
  • For delivering related information, such as confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, support and administrative messages.
  • For promotional information including rewards, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by De Stijl and our selected partners.
  • For marketing information including your name, address, profile photo, gender, age or birthday, links to your profiles on social networking websites and other third-party sites, usernames and e-mail addresses will be used by us.
  • For more personalized services, analyze user trends, and target certain promotions for you, including how we serve you based on statistic data of user characteristics. From there we will know your participation on our events and promotion, those opportunities will be used on our statistic to identifying participation frequency of our Services.

We will use the information we collected or processed to help the Company and other associated partners for the purpose of notification of activities, measurement of marketing methods, improvement of customer management, analysis, and research of services and data. With your prior consent, we may occasionally send you push notifications through our mobile applications to send you game updates, high scores and other Services related notifications that may be of importance to you. You may at any time opt-out from receiving these types of communications by turning them off at the device level through your settings.

We may from time to time share your personal data/information with our employees, agents, affiliated companies, servicers providers, distributors, business partners and/or other third parties to whom you have permitted and directed us to share and release your personal information/data for providing products and services to you (including to process transactions, to market our products and services as well as those of our affiliates), any of the purposes listed in the Policy Privacy

To prevent unauthorised access to your Personal Data, please make sure to log out or close the software or browser window when you have finished using our Service. You should update your password periodically to help to reduce the risks of unauthorized access to your account with us. You should strengthen your password with the combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, punctuation and other symbols. Do not share your password with anyone.6. Specific Jurisdiction

When you make a request, we may require that you provide information and follow procedures so that we can verify a request you make and your jurisdiction before responding to it. The verification steps we take may differ depending on your jurisdiction and the request you make. We will match the information that you provide in your request to information we already have on file to verify your identity. If we are able to verify your request, we will process it. If we cannot verify your request, we may ask you for additional information to help us verify your request. We will respond to your request within the time period required by applicable law. However, we may not always be able to fully comply with your request, and we will notify you in that event.

7. Your rightsRegarding the management of your Personal Data, in addition to the rights to access, update and correct your personal data held by us as detailed above, you have the following rights:Objection Right

Use of Cookies/CacheCookies/Cache are small text files from the website server to your device through the browser, primarily aimed at saving your valuable time. This Service will use Cookies/Cache to store, modify, or track information about your online browsing activities and when you register, log in, browse web pages, or log out. You can enable, disable, or restrict this feature in your browser settings.
9. MiscellaneousFor the Personal Data and usage records you register in the Services, we will take appropriate steps and commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of data stored in our system.ReminderIn the event of third-party unlawful acts or force majeure events such as natural disasters or wars leading to the leakage or deletion of your Personal Data, the Company shall not be held responsible for such situations. Please assess and judge the risks of data transmission interruption, loss, errors, theft, interference, etc., before using this service.
10. Age and Update of Privacy PolicyIf you have any questions about our Privacy Policy, please contact the customer centre.

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you warrant that you has attained the age of majority, if you are juvenile or under the statutory age of majority (“child” or” juvenile”) in any county or jurisdiction, please do not send and disclose to us any data about you including your name, correspondence details, phone number and etc. We strongly urge guardians and parents to supervise and restrain such disclosure.

The Company reserves all rights to update, modify and amend this Privacy Policy from time to time as it deems necessary. The revised terms will be published and will take effect from the date of publication without further notice.

11. Governing Law and JurisdictionAll terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”), without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy and/or your use of Services should be brought to our attention and resolved in good faith. You and the Company hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.12. English Version and Chinese TranslationThis Privacy Policy is in the English language only, which language will be controlling in all respects. A Chinese translation of this Privacy Policy has been prepared for ease of reference only. The English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and its Chinese translation.
